Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your return has been processed.
